| 摘 要： | 随着城市的不断发展,城市公共安全问题日益突出,公共安全事件频发,提高公共应急反应的速度成为公共安全管理的一个重要方面。公共安全应急需要相应的各种技术作为支持,文中将移动GIS运用到公共安全应急中,设计并实现了小型的移动应急平台。该平台由移动应急终端和移动应急中心组成,集成了GIS、GPS、GPRS技术,可以为公共安全事件的现场处置提供有效的支持。

| Abstract: | With the continuing development of cities,public security problems have become increasingly prominent and public safety accidents take place frequently.To improve public emergency response has become an important aspect of public safety management system.While the public safety emergency needs the corresponding various technologies for supporting,this paper applies mobile GIS to public safety emergency,and gives a design and realization of a small mobile emergency platform on PDA.The platform is composed by Mobile emergence terminal and Mobile emergence center and integrates the technology of GIS,GPS and GPRS,which gives an effective support for the dealing of public safety emergency. |
