蛋白芯片法在结核分枝杆菌抗体检测方面的应用

摘    要:目的将蛋白芯片法与抗酸染色法进行比较,评价蛋白芯片法在结核分枝杆菌抗体检测方面的应用价值。方法应用蛋白芯片法对200例肺结核患者的标本进行结核菌蛋白脂阿拉伯甘露糖(LAM)、16kD和38kD三种结核特异性抗原的相应抗体检测,并与抗酸染色法检测的结果进行比较。结果蛋白芯片法阳性检出率为51.5%,高于抗酸染色法阳性检出率39.5%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。3种抗体阳性率以抗LAM最高,占45.5%(91/200)。依次是抗38kD抗体44.0%(88,200)、抗16kD抗体20.0%(40/200)。结论与抗酸染色法比较,蛋白芯片法具有简便、快速、敏感性较高和特异性强等优点,是临床辅助诊断肺结核病的有效方法。

Application of protein chip in detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibodies

Abstract:Objective To compared the value of protein chip in detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibodies. Methods The antibodies to M tuberculosis proteins LAM,16kD and 38kD in 200 pulmonary tuberculosis samples were detected by tuberculosis protein chip and the results were compared with AFB. Results The positive rate of tuberculosis protein chip was 51.5 % significantly higher than that of AFB(39.5%,P〈0.05 ).The positive rates of anti-LAM, anti-38kD and the anti-16kD were 45.5%, 44.0% and 20.0% respectively. Conclusion Compared with AFB, protein chip is simple,rapid, sensitive and specific, in clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
