| 摘 要： | 对带减摩槽刀片的切削机理进行了理论研究，考察了减摩槽对主切削力（ＦＺ）以及切削变形和断屑性能的影响，在此基础上得出三维断屑槽设计的一些有益结论，并通过平前刀面刀片和带减摩槽刀片的对比切削试验验证了这些结论，最后据此设计了一种新型断屑槽。

| Abstract: | The principle of cutting process of cutters with friction decreasing grooves is researched theoretically. The effects of friction decreasing grooves on the major cutting force,cutting deformation and chip breakability are studied and a few useful solutions to the designing of three dimensional chip breaking grooves are found,which are confirmed by the compared cutting test of cutters with plane rake and friction decreasing grooes As a result,a new type of chip breaking grooves is designed |
