摘    要:非煤矿山是我国工业经济的重要组成部分,因其生产的复杂性和高危性而受到社会广泛关注。为确保非煤矿山生产安全稳定有序运行,各省非煤矿山均开展了“风险分级管控以及隐患排查治理”双重预防体系建设。为高效落实双重预防体系建设工作,在充分调研基础上,设计并研发了双重预防体系数字化平台。借助5G、物联网、GIS等先进技术,通过数字化手段解决现行非煤矿山相关安全管控问题,实现了双重预防体系在非煤矿山的应用。结果表明:通过数字化技术与双重预防体系的结合,双重预防体系在非煤矿山的执行更加有效,管理数据更加准确,有助于解决目前非煤矿山面临的部分安全风险。

Abstract:Non-coal mine is an important part of China''s industrial economy. It has been widely concerned because of its complexity and high safety risk. In order to ensure the safe, stable and orderly operation of non-coal mines, "risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and treatment" of dual prevention system have carried out in all provinces. In order to implement the construction of dual prevention system effectively, a digital platform of dual prevention system was designed and developed on the basis of full investigation. With the help of 5G, Internet of things, GIS and other advanced technologies, the current related safety management and control problems of non-coal mine have been solved through digital means, and the application of dual prevention system is realized in non-coal mines. The results show that, the implementation of dual prevention system is more effective through the combination of digital technology and dual prevention system, and the management data is more accurate, which help to solve part of safety risks faced by non-coal mines at present.
