平潭风能资源分析与开发利用

根据平潭县11个观测站测得的月平均风速与最大风速,采用Weibull分布函数,估算有效风能和有效风能密度,为该县风能的开发利用提供定量的气候依据。

Analysis and Applied Study of the Wind Energy Resourges on Pingtan Island

Using Weibull distribution function, we have calculated the scale factor C and shape factor K, based on the data of 11 survey stations. When v_1 is 4.5m/s, and v_2 27 m/s, the accumulative hour of the wind on Pingtan Island is more than 6200 hours with the frequency 70%, the power 2000 kWh/m~2 and the density 330 W/m~2.The results also show that the strougest region of wind is on the some small hills along the coast. The deepper towards the interior, the smaller the wind force is. To make best use of it, the solar energy, tidal energy and methane energy should be developed since the wind energy is not well-distributed in time-space.
