摘    要:可变速抽蓄机组相较于传统恒速运行抽蓄机组在抽水工况下的有功调节、无功补偿方面有明显优势,能够更好地匹配新能源出力波动并进行消纳。基于可变速抽水蓄能技术对比总结了交流励磁、全功率变频2种技术路线的系统配置、工作机理和技术特点,以某省级电网9大地区为节点搭建简化网架模型进行8 760 h时序生产模拟仿真,结果表明可变速抽水蓄能技术可提高区域电网新能源消纳水平、减少火电调峰,对未来变速抽蓄项目在电网应用的技术经济效益评估提供了参考。

Abstract:Compared to traditional constant-speed pumped storage units,variable speed pumped storage unit has obvious advantages in active power regulation and reactive power compensation under pumping conditions, thus better matching with the output fluctuations of renewable energies and integrating the renewable energies. This paper evaluates the system configuration, working mechanism and operating characteristics of variable speed pumped storage with doubly fed induction machine and converter fed synchronous machine. 8760 h time-sequential production simulation is conducted based on a simplified provincial power grid. The results show that the variable speed pumped storage technology can increase the integration of the renewable energies in regional power grid and reduce the peak shaving depth of thermal power. This study provided a reference for the evaluation of techno-economic benefits of future variable-speed pumped storage projects in the power grid.
