| 摘 要： | 自制纳米TiO2与柞蚕丝素的混合溶液整理柞蚕丝绸,采用激光粒度仪测定了纳米TiO2溶胶及其柞蚕丝素整理液的粒径,利用红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电镜方法对整理前后的柞蚕丝结构进行了表征;对整理前后柞蚕丝绸的紫外线透过率、悬垂风格、白度、撕破强力等指标进行测定。结果表明,制备的TiO2及其柞蚕丝素整理液的平均粒径(D50)分别为1.13 nm和14.2 nm;经纳米TiO2/柞蚕丝素整理后,柞蚕丝纤维表面有新物质固着,表面由光滑变得粗糙,柞蚕丝纤维聚集态结构无明显变化,整理后柞蚕丝绸的抗紫外性能和悬垂风格提高,白度和强力稍有下降。
