嫁接对薄皮甜瓜叶片生理效应及果实可溶性蛋白质、总糖含量的影响

摘    要:选用广蜜1号薄皮甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)作接穗,以壮士2白籽南瓜作砧木进行嫁接,以自根苗为对照,研究嫁接对薄皮甜瓜叶片生理变化以及果实中可溶性蛋白质、可溶性总糖含量变化的影响.结果表明:嫁接能在一定程度上提高薄皮甜瓜叶片中叶绿素含量,而其MDA积累低于自根苗.随着生长发育进程,嫁接苗叶片POD活性较之自根苗逐渐升高,而叶片SOD活性在生长前中期嫁接苗植株均高于自根苗,而之后其活性有所下降.在生长前期,果实中可溶性蛋白质含量嫁接苗均低于自根苗,而在中后期有所提高.嫁接苗果实中可溶性总糖快速积累,在开花授粉后30 d(成熟瓜)其含量仍高于自根苗.

Abstract:Pumpkin Zhuangshi 2 was used as rootstock for muskmelon Guangmi 1 in this experiment and the self-root plant was used as control. The effects of grafting on physiological chance in leaves and the chances of soluble protein and sucrose contents in fruit were studied. The results showed that the chlorophyll content in leaves increased markedly by grafting. But the MDA content was on contrary. With the growth period proceeding, the enzyme activity of POD for the grafted muskmelon was increased gradually than that of self-root plant, while the activity of SOD was higher than that of self-root plant at the early growth stage, and then decreased. For the soluble protein content in fruit, it was lower than that of self-root plant, and then increased at the late growth stage. And soluble sucrose of grafted muskmelon accumulated rapidly, and it was higher than that of self-root plant in ripe muskmelon.
