| 摘 要： | 利用HAAKE流变仪的D100/300测量系统,对聚苯乙烯/苯乙烯(PS/St)、高抗冲聚苯乙烯/苯乙烯(HIPS/St)及甲基硅油/环已烷等体系的流变行为进行了测定。测得40％PS/St和50％HIPS/St的平均流变行为指数分别为0.998和0.969,可近似作为牛顿流体处理。甲基硅油则是典型的牛顿流体,并得出了其粘度的关联式。

| Abstract: | The rheological behaviors of polystyrene/styrene (PS/St), high impact polystyrene/styrene (HIPS/St) and polydimethyl siloxanes (PDMS)/cydohexane solutions were measured by HAAKE type rheometer D100/300 system. The experimental results obtained show that when the concentration of PS/St and HIPS/St solutions are 40% and 50%, the flow behavior indices of these solutions are 0. 998 and 0. 969 respectively. Therfore, the PS/St solutions could be regarded as a Newtonian fluid. While the PDMS/cyclohexane is a typical Newtonian fluid with its special viscosity expression. |
