电力需求侧电网综合参数监测仪的研制

摘    要:电力需求侧管理是实现节能减排的有效措施之一,而对电网各参数的精确测量是实现有效管理的前提,结合电力需求侧用户对电能管理的需要,提出一种电网综合参数监测仪的设计方法,该方法采用模块化的思想,结合信号调理模块、同步检测电路、GPRS通信模块,以及相应的软件,实现对电网的电力、质量、电量、温度等参数的精确测量.实验检测表明该电网综合参数监测仪测量精度高、功能完善、可靠性强.

Abstract:Demand side management(DSM) is one of the effective strategies for energy saving and emission reduction.How to measure the power parameters accurately is the key problem to realize the effective management.A validated design method of a power synthesized parameters monitor was presented which includes the user’s demand.The design method involves analog signal regulation module,synchronous detection circuit,GPRS communication module,and the corresponding software.The monitor can measure power parameters accurately such as electric power,quality,quantity and temperature.The high precision,powerful operation and reliability of monitor can be demonstrated on the experiments.
