摘    要:介绍了为精确监测和控制进槽盐水的pH值而开发的整套pH值自控技术,包括选用锑电极,研制精密的酸度计,选择调节阀、调节器,调节系统及系统参数的整定等。运行结果表明,精制盐水的pH值自控更为稳定,提高了电解效率、降低了电耗。

Abstract:A complete set of pH value automatic control technique for accurate monitoring and controlling of pH value of refined brine was introduced. It included selecting for use of antimony electrode, developing of precision acidimeter and setting up adjusting system and system parameter etc. The result of operation indicated that pH value automatic control of refined brine ran more stable, electrolytic efficiency was improved and electricity consumption was reduced.
