航空发动机主轴轴承径向工作游隙计算与分析

摘    要:径向工作游隙是航空发动机主轴轴承的重要参数,将影响到轴承中的负荷分布、振动、噪声、摩擦力矩和寿命,所以对轴承径向工作游隙进行研究很有必要。考虑了工作转速、工作温度、过盈配合因素的影响,建立航空发动机滚动轴承的径向工作游隙计算方程,并分析了过盈配合、工作转速、工作温度对工作游隙的影响规律,为航空发动机主轴轴承初始游隙的选取和过盈配合的设计分析提供依据。

Abstract:Working radial clearance,which is one of the important parameters of main shaft bearing in aircraft engine,will affect the load distribution,vibration and noise,friction torque and working life of the bearing,so it is necessary to work on the study of bearing radial clearance. In this paper,considering the factors such as influence of rotating speed,working temperature,the interference fit,radial clearance calculation equation of aircraft engine rolling bearing is established,and the influence laws that interference fit,working speed and working temperature worked on the working clearance are also analyzed.Thus it provides the basis for initial clearance selection of aeroengine main shaft bearing and analysis design of the interference fit.
