摘    要:根据对高温高压超临界屏蔽电泵进行设计计算,在输送介质温度为330℃、压力为27MPa时,输送介质已经达到临界状态,对机组的密封要求很高,特别是泵体与电机法兰处主密封.依据压力和温度的要求,设计出主密封双锥环结构,并对预紧力及螺栓强度进行计算,验证了屏蔽电泵主密封结构的合理性.

Abstract:Based on the design and calculation of supercritical high-temperature high- pressure canned motor pump, it is known that the transmission medium reached a critical state when the temperature of medium is 330% and the pressure of medium is 27MPa. The unit is required to be of good seal, especially for pump body and motor flange. The primary seal with double cone ring structure was designed according to requirements of pressure and temperature, and the pre-tightening force and bolt strength were calculated. The results verify the reason- ability of main seal structure of the canned motor pump.
