降黏型聚羧酸减水剂中磷酸酯作用研究

摘    要:从磷酸酯类降黏型聚羧酸减水剂分子结构特征出发,选取醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯磺酸钠合成系列不含磷酸酯的聚羧酸母液作为对照组.结合减水剂表面张力、水泥净浆吸附量、净浆黏度及混凝土流变性能等,分析了磷酸酯在降低高强混凝土黏度中所起的作用.磷酸酯独特的分子结构对聚羧酸母液的吸附特性、亲疏水性及水解产物的改变引起的微观作用变化,降低了混凝土的黏度.

Study on the effect of phosphatide in viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:The viscosity -reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer series without phosphatides were synthesized by monomers including vinyl acetate,sodium styrene sulfonate which acted as control group, based on the molecular structure feature of phosphate -polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The effect of phosphatide in viscosity -reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer was analyzed in consideration of surface tension, adsorption amount and viscosity of cement paste combining with rheological properties of concrete. The unique molecular structure of phosphatides can change the adsorption characteristics hydrophilicity and hydrolysis products of polycarboxylate superplasticizer so that reduced the viscosity of concrete.
