| 摘 要： | 对中外企业技术创新模式的有关理论进行了追踪研究 ,包括技术创新师祖约瑟夫·熊彼特 (Jesephschumpeter)企业家和大企业家技术创新模型理论 ,特威斯 (Twisss)企业技术创新过程模型及勒梅特 (Lemaite) ,斯托尼 (Stenier)共同提出的综合技术创新模型的分析。以上述追综研究为理论支持 ,提出了我国企业选择技术创新模式应遵循的基本原则 ,适用于大型和特大型企业的技术创新组合模式 ,和中、小型企业宜选择的联合技术创新模式或技术引进加消化吸收模式

| Abstract: | The authors traced some interrelated theories about enterprises' technical innovation model in China and foreign countries,including analysis of techincal innovation theory's founder-Jeseph Schumpeter's entrepreneur and large entrepreneur technical innovation model,Twisss's enterprise teachnical innovation process model and Lemaite and Stenier's synthetically technical innovation model.Then they put forward the basic principles that enterprises should follow when they are selecting technical innovation model.These principles are applicable to the technical innovation combination model of large-scale and huge-scale enterprises and the union technical innovation model or to the introduction of foreign technology and digestion and absorption model,which are fit to the middlesized and small enterprises. |
