| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胆道镜在急诊胆总管探查术中的应用价值。方法:对使用术中胆道镜处理的74例急诊重症胆管炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:69例为肝内、外胆管结石,经术中胆道镜检查,辅助取石,肝外胆管结石取净率为95.24%(60/63);肝外胆管和肝内胆管残留结石发生率分别为4.76%(3/60)和16.67(1/6),经胆道镜检查发现胆总管良性狭窄3例,胆总管下段肿瘤2例(通过胆道镜取活检证实)。结论:在急诊胆总管探查术中常规应用胆道镜可提高临床诊断率和手术成功率。

The application of choledochoscope in emergency common bile duct exploration |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the endoscope of biliary tract in emergency common bile duct exploration application.Methods:To my courtyard in 2008 December to 2011 October using intraoperative cholangioscopy treated 74cases of emergency of severe cholangitis in patients with clinical data were analyzed and summarized.Results:69 cases of intrahepatic bile duct stones,and,after intraoperative cholangioscopy,auxiliary stone,extrahepatic bile duct stone clean rate was 95.24%(60/63);extrahepatic bile duct and intrahepatic bile duct residual stones occurred in 4.76%(3 /60) and 16.67(1 /6),by choledochoscope examination revealed benign biliary stenosis in 3 cases,bile duct neoplasms in 2 cases(via choledochoscopy biopsy confirmed).Conclusion:In the emergency exploration of common bile duct in the conventional application of choledochoscope may improve the clinical diagnosis and the rate of operation success rate. |
