钢渣处理工艺的设计思路

摘    要:对比分析了各种钢渣处理方法,认为热闷法处理的钢渣渣铁分离效果好,尾渣性能稳定,是最实用的钢渣一次处理方法,钢渣处理工艺设计中应优先考虑。实践证明,钢渣不经细磨过程较难经济有效地选出其中有价铁(磁性物)。因此,在钢渣二次处理工艺设计时应考虑设置磨制环节。钢渣处理工艺设计应注重勤筛分、多磁选。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the benefits of different steelmaking slag utilization ways, the results show that the slag pyrolyzing technology is the best steelmaking slag utilization way, because chemic properties of the slag which treated by pyrolyzing way is steady-going, and the steel is also separated from slag completely. So pyrolyzing way should be used in the slag treating process propriety. Practical experience has proved that is difficult to pick out the steel from slag if the slag is not grinded, so grinding procedure must be designed in the steel slag treating process. And the times of sieve separation and magnetic separation should be proper, as designing the steel slag treating process.
