| 摘 要： | <正>2013年3月,攀枝花被国家发改委批准列为″攀西战略资源创新开发实验区″,《攀西国家级战略资源创新开发试验区建设规划(2013-2017年)》经四川省人民政府通过并下发,《规划》提出把攀西试验区建设成为世界级钒钛产业基地,打造国内资源富集地科学开发利用资源的示范区;明确重点建设攀枝花钒钛铬钴产业基地等″三大基地″,攀枝花钒钛产业园区、攀枝花高新技术产业园区等″六大园区″,到2020年,攀西试验区内建设形成2~3个千亿级产业园区。坐拥稀有金属矿产During the development courses of enterprises in auto parts for several decades,at the same time of accumulating rich experiences,there have been also scraped up many problems.These problems are often related with the entire manufacturing process,which are stimulus to the whole unite,and must be solved together by departments concerned in the process.
