摘    要:针对复合炸药8701中RDX晶体与粘结剂分别对复合炸药8701平均力学性能的影响,建立了相应的细观数值计算模型.通过SHPB实验获得了8701在应变率600 s-1时的动态应力-应变曲线,根据Taylor均匀化方法得到了细观计算的宏观应力-应变曲线.结果表明:细观数值计算模型结果与8701的试验结果具有较好的一致性;在高应变率加载下,RDX晶粒和粘结剂的应力随应变都在增加,但由于RDX的强度和质量分数更大,因此对8701整体力学性能起主导作用.

Abstract:A meso-numerical model was established to study the effects of RDX crystals and binders on the average mechanical properties of composite explosive 8701. The dynamic stress-strain curve of 8701 at strain rate 600/s was obtained by SHPB test.The macroscopic stress-strain curve was calculated according to the Tayler homogenization method.The results showed that the meso-numerical calculation model well describes the mechanical properties of 8701. Under high strain rate loading, the stress of RDX grain and binder increases with strain, but the strength and content of RDX are greater, so the mechanical properties of RDX grain play a leading role in the mechanical properties of 8701.
