长沙市望月湖区老年人健康需求调查

目的 了解社区老年人健康需求状况，为社区老年护理的开展和完善提供科学依据。方法 应用自制调查表对长沙市望月湖区486名老年人进行问卷调查。结果 82．30％老年人患有1种或多种慢性疾病；62．55％老年人日常生活活动部分或完全不能自理，13．99％老年人不满意目前生活状况，12．14%老年人心理状况差。老年人有体育锻炼(83．54％)、营养(72．43％)、社交活动(62．14％)、必要的交通工具(52．67％)、归属感(48．77％)、定期健康检查(43．21％)和心理咨询或治疗(34．57％)以及获得健康保健知识(20．58％)等需求。结论 老年人存在不同程度的身心健康问题和多种健康需求．需提供多形式、多途径的社区医疗保健服务。

Investigation on Health Needs of the Elderly in Wang Yue Hu District of Changsha

To explore the health needs of the elderly and provide scientific basements for community nursing care of the elderly. Methods Four hundred and eighty-six elderly in Wang Yue Hu District of Changsha city were surveyed by self-developed investigation form of health needs. Results 82. 30% of the elderly had one chronic disease or more; 62. 55% of them completely or partly lose self-care ability of ADL; 13. 99% of them were not satisfied with their present lives; 12. 14% of them had badly psychological problem. They had needs of physical exercises (83. 54%), sufficient foods(72. 43%), social activity(62. 14%), traffic transportation(52. 67%), attributive feel(48. 77%) , timely physical check-up(43. 21%), mental c:ounseling(34. 57%) and health care infor-mation(20. 58%). Conclusion The elderly had various degrees of physical and psychological problems. They had multiple health needs. Nursing care and community services should be provided accordingly.
