12.7mm弹丸侵彻炸药的数值计算与试验研究

摘    要:采用拉格朗日有限元算法对弹丸侵彻JO-H炸药实验进行数值计算,得到弹丸侵彻装药的侵彻过程及反应度。为验证数值计算结果,进行API验证试验,参考美军标MIL-STD-2105C评价反应等级。结果表明:在侵彻过程、轴向、径向尺寸效应等方面,验证试验与数值计算结果吻合良好;Ф100×300 mm尺寸的JO-H炸药在弹丸侵彻作用下发生爆轰作用;Ф400×200 mm装药反应剧烈性低于Ф100×200 mm装药,反应级别相同,为爆炸反应。

Abstract:The numerical simulation for bullet penetrating explosives was performed by using Lagrange fi nite element algorithm. The penetrating process and reacting fraction were obtained. In order to verify the calculated results, the bullet penetration into JOH explosive was test and evaluated reaction types with MIL-STD-2105C standard. The results show that the test results are agreement with the calculated results from the aspects of penetration process, axial direction, and radial dimension. The reaction types of the JOH explosive under bullet penetrating is detonation the φ400 x 200mm charge' s reacting fraction is low er than φl00 x 200 charge, but both the two charges' reaction types are explosion reaction.
