摘    要:武汉地处长江中游,是长江经济带中部城市群的核心,战略地位非常显著,有必要在新的长江流域防洪体系整体格局下,针对武汉地区防洪问题开展具体研究。为此,首先梳理了武汉地区防洪规划和防洪形势,分析了长江和汉江洪水遭遇情况,探讨了长江干流来水大时和汉江来水大时的汉口站水位情势,明确了城陵矶防洪和对武汉防洪的关联性。在此基础上,探明了武汉地区防洪控制需求,研究了上游水库群配合三峡水库对长江中下游联合防洪调度的方式,开展了对典型年份长江上游水库群联合调度的计算分析,阐述了长江上游水库群联合调度对武汉的防洪作用。研究成果可为编制长江流域水库群联合调度方案提供科学依据和一定的技术支撑。

Abstract:Wuhan, located in the middle reaches of Changjiang River and the core of central urban agglomeration of the Changjiang Economic Belt, has a very significant strategic position. It is necessary to carry out a specific study on the flood control of Wuhan area under the new overall flood control system in the Changjiang River. Therefore, the flood control plannings and situations in Wuhan area are combed and analyzed, the flood encountering probability of Changjiang River and Hanjiang River is analyzed, the water level situation of Hankou hydrology station when large flood comes from Changjiang River or Hanjiang River is discussed, and the correlation between flood control for Chenglingji area and Wuhan area is clarified. On this basis, the flood control joint scheduling of the Three Gorges Reservoir that is in conjunction with upstream multi-reservoir is studied, the calculations of joint operation in typical years are carried out, and the flood control effect for Wuhan area under joint scheduling is finally analyzed. The research results can provide some technical support for the joint scheduling schemes of multi-reservoir on Changjiang River.
