| 摘 要： | 应用外周血淋巴细胞培养及染色体制备技术对阿勒泰大尾羊染色体核型进行了研究,并测量了各染色体所相对长度和着丝点指数;并进行了G一分带分析,为准确配对和分组提供了依据;对四倍体和非整倍体的出现进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The karyotype of Altay Sheep was studied with the techniques of peripheral lymphocytes culture and chromosome preparation. The relative length and centromere index of each chromosome were also measured The G-Banding was made and tne result of which provides the significent evidence for pairing and classification of the chromosomes. The aneuploids and tetraplaids were found and the probable reason was discussed in this paper. |
