| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨关节镜下微创手术治疗髌骨半脱位的疗效。方法:自2008年3月—2009年2月,在关节镜下采用髌内侧支持带紧缩、外侧支持带松解的方法治疗髌骨半脱位23例。结果:术后随访6~12个月,平均随访8个月,以其功能是否改善及症状是否消失为主要评定依据,优19例(83%),良3例(13%),差1例(4%);Lysholm膝关节功能综合评分术前(71.6±3.2)分,术后(94.3±2.8)分。结论:关节镜下髌内侧支持带紧缩外侧支持带松解术治疗髌骨半脱位可以取得良好的疗效。
