| Abstract: | After an analysis of the constitution of scientific research ability in medical professionals based on tacit knowledge construction and its mechanism,the authors pointed out that the scientific research ability in medical professionals could be improved by establishing their research orientation,applying master and apprenticeship in study,deep exchange and communication,project research,and construction of hospital culture. |
