摘    要:为保证天然气管线排液阀安全可靠运行,用标准k-ω模型对冬夏两季不同工况下排液阀内流场压力分布进行了三维数值模拟,探讨了排液阀内全压和动压分布的差异.通过研究发现:随着排液阀阀门开度的增加,阀内全压逐渐降低,而动压逐渐增大,全压的最大值发生在阀门关闭状态,动压的最大值发生在阀门完全开启状态;冬季的全压和动压大于夏季;无论是冬季还是夏季,阀内压力小于安全运行压力,阀门能够安全运行.

Numerical simulation study on flow field pressure characteristics inside the drainage valve of the natural gas pipeline
Abstract:In order to ensure the safety and reliable operation of the drainage valve of natural gas pipeline,the pressure distribution inside the drainage valve under the different conditions in the winter and summer seasons are simulated numerically by using a standard model,and the difference between the total pressure distribution and the kinetic pressure distribution inside the drainage valve are studied.It is shown that,with the opening degree of the drainage valve,the total pressure gradually decreases and the kinetic pressure gradually increases;the maximum of the total pressure occurs in the completely close state of the drainage valve,and the maximum of the kinetic pressure occurs in the completely open state of the drainage valve;the total pressure and the kinetic pressure in the winter are greater than those in the summer;weather in the winter or in the summer,the pressure inside the drainage valve is lower than the safe operation pressure of the valve,so the valve can run safely.
