阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术临床分析

目的探讨阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术式的临床效果。方法回顾120例子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料，其中阴式组60例，腹式组60例，比较分析两种子宫肌瘤剔除术的适应症及优缺点。结果阴式组手术时间短、术中出血少，与腹式组比较均有显著性差异（t值分别为4．315、6．642，均P〈0.05）；阴式组术后肛门排气时间、术后抗炎时间、住院时间均明显短于腹式组（t值分别为10．955、2．739、3．464，均P〈0．05）。结论阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术操作简便、精确稳妥，充分体现了微创的优点。

Clinical analysis of transvaginal myomectomy

Objective To study the clinical effect of transvaginal myomectomy （TVM）. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of myomectomy, including 60 cases of vaginal myomectomy and 60 cases of abdominal myomectomy, was retrospectively analyzed and the indications and advantages and disadvantages of two methods were compared. Results Compared with abdominal myomectomy group, the operative time was shorter and bleeding volume was less in vaginal myomectomy group, and the differences were statistically significant （t value was 4.315 and 6.642, respectively, both P 〈 0.05）. After the operation anus exhaust time, antiinflammatory time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in abdominal myomectomy group （t value was 10. 955, 2. 739 and 3. 464, respectively, all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TVM is simple and effective, which embodies the advantages of minimal invasion.
