基于模糊控制器的蒸汽发生器水位实时监控系统

摘    要:本文设计了一个模糊控制系统,用来实时控制蒸汽发生器的水位,系统硬件以DSP为核心,软件采用FuzzyTECH软件,应用模糊推理理论建立了模糊推理规则。系统具有显示、报警、参数校正、通讯等功能,能够保证蒸汽发生器的水位控制不受“虚假水位”的影响,并能快速达到并稳定于水位设定值。

Abstract:A fuzzy controller is designed to realize real-time control of water level in steam generator, the hardware takes DSP as core, and Fuzzy TECH is applied as software environment, and fuzzy inference rules are constructed based on fuzzy theory. The whole system has such functions as display, alarm, parameter correction and communication, and it can guarantees water level control is immune from the effect of "false water level", and quickly reach the set value.
