摘    要:针对高速磁悬浮电动机位移传感器检测转子位移信号随温度漂移导致磁轴承控制系统稳定性变差,甚至造成系统失稳的问题,在分散PID控制基础上提出了混合磁轴承最小电流控制策略。该方法不受位移传感器检测信号随温度漂移的影响,可保证高速磁悬浮电动机转子的稳定悬浮。试验结果表明,最小电流控制策略能够实现转子的稳定悬浮,抑制了传感器温度漂移对系统稳定性的影响,同时控制电流达到最小。

Abstract:Aimed at the rotor displacement signal drifting with the temperature variation in the high speed maglev motor,resulting in the bad stability of the magnetic bearing control system,even leading to the system instable,the minimum current control strategy is proposed based on the traditional separate PID control strategy.The strategy is not influenced by the temperature drift of the output signal from the displacement sensor,hence it ensures the rotor suspended steadily.The experiment results show that the minimum current control strategy is able to suspend the rotor stably,restraining the influence of the displacement sensor temperature drift on the system stability,and the control current is the minimum.
