摘    要:采用TUD模型与AQUASIM模拟软件对某大型市政污水处理厂倒置A^2/O工艺的运行问题进行诊断,同时提出优化运行方案并进行了模拟预测。结果表明,进水中的碳源特别是挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)不足和厌氧水力停留时间(HRT)太短是导致脱氮除磷效果不佳的主要原因。针对这两大问题,提出了曝气池分区重组、外加碳源、总进水超越初沉池、UCT改造以及结合磷回收等优化运行和工艺改造方案,并通过模拟预测了各种改造方案可能出现的较好运行效果。

Abstract:The operation problems of reversed A^2/O process in a large municipal wastewater treatment plant were diagnosed using TUD model and AQUASIM simulation software, and the optimization schemes were proposed and simulated. The results show that lack of carbon source, especially VFA, in the influent and shorter anaerobic HRT are key factors to limit nutrient removal. Towards overcoming these two problems, some optimization measures were proposed and simulated, such as reconfiguration of aeration tanks, addition of external carbon source, bypassing the primary settler, reconstruction of UCT system and combination with phosphorus recovery. It was predicted by simulation that good operation results may occur by taking each proposed optimization measure.
