人工肝支持系统的研究现状

摘    要:经过40多年的研究,尤其是近10年来应用半透膜、中空纤维技术、肝细胞分离及培养等技术,人工肝支持系统得到了迅速发展,在动物实验及临床应用中取得了较好效果。在人工肝支持系统中,非生物人工肝支持系统仅有解毒功能;生物人工肝支持系统虽具有重要功能,如参与糖、蛋白质、脂肪及中间产物代谢,生物合成等重要功能,但肝细胞易受毒害;而混合型生物人工肝支持系统合前二者之优点,因此,混合型生物人工肝支持系统,将是日后研究的主要方向。

Abstract:During the last 40 years, especially during the later 10 years,much progress has been made in artificial liver support system in experiment and clinical applications with the development of semipermeable membrane,capillary holly-fiber,hepatocyte cell separation and culture techniques.Nonbioartificial liver support system functioned as hemodialysis and intoxicification.Bioartificial liver support system compensated as an additional auxiliary liver to take part in the metabolic process of glucose,fat and protein,but its function is limited so far.Hybrid liver support system,combining the dominance of nonbioartificial and bioartificial support system,shows good results in clinical treatment.Therefore,more attention should be paid in the hybrid liver support system in future.
