| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍人胚动脉血管平滑肌细胞（VSMCs）体外培养和保存方法。方法：从人工流产的胎儿主动脉分离动脉中膜组织。应用组织块培养方法进行人胚VSMCs培养，并行形态学观察及免疫组化鉴定；将第4代的人胚VSMCs冻存，2周，1、2、6个月后将细胞复苏，观察复苏后人胚VSMCs的生长情况。结果：培养的人胚VSMCs经鉴定为平滑肌细胞，培养的人胚VSMCs经冻存，复苏率超过80％。结论：人胚VSMCs体外培养、冻存及复苏成功，使人胚VSMCs培养体系更加完善，为心血管疾病药物的研究及组织工程化血管提供丰富的细胞来源。

| Abstract: | Objective： To intruduce the culture and preservation method of vascular smooth muscle cells（VSMCs）of human embryo in vitro. Methods： VSMCs obtained from the aorta of human embryo were cultured in vitro, then identified and cryopreserved. The frozen cells were resuscitated after two weeks, one and two months and half a year. Results： VSMCs were obtained. The frozen cells were resuscitated successfully. The resuscitated rates were over 80%. Conclusion： The culture, cryopreservation and resuscitation of VSMCs in vitro success. |
