摘 要: | 目的:探讨大专护生应对方式在一般自我效能感和评判性思维间的中介效应,尝试以新视角为提高护生评判性思维能力提供理论依据。方法:采用一般自我效能感量表、评判性思维量表和简易应对方式量表对435名大专护生进行调查。结果:大专护生评判性思维总分(283.01±34.54)分,其中47.36%的护生评判性思维未达到正性水平,强评判性思维者仅占0.46%;大专护生一般自我效能感和应对方式均可直接正向预测其评判性思维;一般自我效能感还以应对方式为中介变量间接正向预测评判性思维。结论:自我效能感和应对方式对大专护生的评判性思维具有良好的预测效果,培养良好的自我效能感和积极的应对方式是提高评判性思维能力的有效途径。

Abstract: | Objective: To explore the relationship among the general self-efficacy,coping style and critical thinking for nursing students from junior college,and to provide reference for the intervention to improve the critical thinking.Methods: A sample of 435 nursing students were selected from by a random sampling method.They were surveyed by self-evaluation questionnaires including general self-efficacy questionnaire(GSES),simplified coping style questionnaire and revised critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI).Results: The total score of junior college students was(283.01±34.54).However,47.36% of the respondents didn′t report a positive disposition towards critical thinking and only 0.46% reported strong critical thinking.The equation modeling results showed that the general self-efficacy could influence critical thinking directly and indirectly.In the indirect approach,through the mediating role of coping style of nursing students,the general self-efficacy could make a significant role on critical thinking.Conclusion: The general self-efficacy and coping style are the predictors of critical thinking.The nursing educators should cultivate the self-efficacy of nursing students and encourage them to adopt the positive coping style to improve their critical thinking. |
