燃煤火力电厂脱硫废水零排放可行性研究

摘    要:燃煤电厂脱硫废水因高含盐量、成分复杂、高腐蚀性、回用困难的特点成为制约燃煤电厂废水零排放的关键因素。三种脱硫废水零排放可行性技术方案,通过对比工艺流程、经济指标和占地因素等指标,发现熟石灰、碳酸钠两级软化+卧式MVC蒸发浓缩+卧式MVC蒸发结晶是最优方案,可获得高品质工业盐再利用,作为未来基建项目脱硫废水零排放系统工艺方案。

Abstract:Coal-fired power plant desulfurization wastewater has became the key factor to restrict zero emission of plant because of the characteristics of high salt quantity,complex components,high corrosion resistance and difficult to recycle. Three kinds of feasibility of zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater technology scheme was introduced in this paper. It was found that hydrated lime,sodium carbonate softening+MVC level two hor-izontal evaporation and horizontal MVC evaporation crystallization is the optimal scheme through the index comparison of process flow,economic indicators and covers factors. High-quality industrial salt can be obtained in this scheme and it can be used as a process scheme of zero discharge system for future infrastructure projects of desulphurization wastewater.
