摘    要:已有的镀锌件铈盐转化工艺含有过氧化氢,导致钝化性能不稳定,难以工业化应用。采用由硝酸铈和六偏磷酸钠为主盐的转化液,在温度35℃,pH值1.3下处理5min,在锌件表面制备了一种彩色铈盐转化膜。结果表明:无定形结构转化膜主要由64.25%Zn,24.82%0,8.11%P和2.24%Ce组成,其耐中性盐雾腐蚀时间超过144h;铈盐转化膜使锌件腐蚀电位正移了0.14V,腐蚀电流密度减小约10倍,耐蚀性明显增强。

Abstract:Cerium nitrate and sodium hexametaphosphate were used as the major salts to formulate a conversion fluid for galvanizing coating.When the pH value of the conversion fluid was adjusted as 1.3,color Ce-salt conversion coating was prepared on galvanizing coating by chemical conversion in as-formulated conversion fluid at 35 ℃ for 5 min.It was found that as-prepared Ce-salt conversion coating was amorphous and mainly consisted of 64.25% Zn,24.82% O,8.11% P and 2.24% Ce.In the meantime,as-prepared Ce-salt conversion coating was able to endure neutral salt spraying for 144 h.The conversion coating caused positive shift of corrosion potential of the galvanizing coating by 0.14 V and greatly decreased the corrosion current density,showing good corrosion resistance.
