挪威疥误诊2例

例1男,78岁。全身红斑、丘疹、鳞屑伴瘙痒40余天。曾在外院以"剥脱性皮炎"予糖皮质激素治疗,皮损短暂好转后又加重。例2男,80岁。全身丘疹、丘疱疹、细屑伴剧烈瘙痒20余天。在当地医院以"湿疹"予抗过敏治疗,皮损未见好转。刮取2例患者鳞屑做直接镜检,均发现典型的疥虫形态,诊断:挪威疥。经治疗痊愈。

Two Cases of Misdiagnosised Norway Scabies

Case 1,A 78-year-old male have presented with erythema,papules and scales nearly on the whole body,ac-companied with the symptom of pruritus for more than forty days,which was diagnosed as exfoliative dermatitis and had been given the treament of glucocorticoid iv.The illness was once get better in a short time,and then aggravated.Case 2,A 80-year-old male was referred to our clinic due to papules,papule vesicles and fine scales on the whole body with the symptom of intense pruritus,which was diagnosised as eczema and given the treatment of anti-allergy.His condition did not improve.After the understanding of above-mentioned patient’s history,we scraped some scales off lesions and could see the typical model of mites under a microscope.Diagnosis:Norway scabies.
