村卫生室从业人员现状及卫生适宜技术需求情况分析

目的分析村卫生室从业人员现状及卫生适宜技术需求情况,为村卫生室卫生适宜技术推广工作提供决策依据。方法从全国17个项目省中抽取12个项目省,再从每个项目省中随机抽取2～3个项目县,平均每个县随机抽取2个乡,每个乡随机抽取4所村卫生室,每所卫生室随机调查2～3名从业人员。结果村卫生室493名从业人员中,乡村医生占81.5%,执业(助理)医师与计生专干分别占14.6%与3.9%;有46.3%的从业人员能够使用中医药诊治疾病;有15.0%的从业人员近3年未接受任何培训;村卫生室从业人员对卫生适宜技术的需求率为62.8%。174名从业人员不愿参加卫生适宜技术学习的原因:有63.2%的无法承担费用,有44.3%的没有时间,有21.3%不知道技术是否实用。结论向村级卫生机构推广卫生适宜技术有利于促进其卫生服务水平的提高,应为村卫生室创造有利的条件,结合卫生机构的常见病、多发病及从业人员的卫生适宜技术需求,有针对性地进行适宜技术推广,尤其要加强中医适宜技术的推广。

Analysis of Work Status and Demand of Appropriate Health Technologies of Village Health Practitioners

Objective To analyze work status and demand of appropriate health technologies in village clinics to provide basis for promoting appropriate health technologies in the village clinics.Methods Firstly,Select 12 provinces from the total 17 project provinces;Secondly,select 2~3 counties randomly from each of the 12 provinces above;Thirdly,select 2~3 towns randomly from each county above;Fourthly,select 4 rural health organizations randomly from each town above;Lastly,investigate 2~3 rural health practitioners randomly from each village health organizations above.Results Rural doctors,practicing(assistant) physicians and family planning workers accounted for 81.5%,14.6% and 3.9% of the total 493 health practitioners respectively;46.3% of the health practitioners could employ Traditional Chinese Medicine to diagnose diseases;15.0% of the health practitioners didn′t receive any training for nearly 3 years;the demand rate of appropriate health technologies for the health practitioners was 62.8%.174 health practitioners were reluctant to learn appropriate health technologies,because:63.2% were unable to bear the cost,while 44.3% do not have time and 21.3% do not know whether the health technologies are practical or not.Conclusion Promoting appropriate health technologies in village clinics is conducive to the improvement of health service level.Effective measures should be adopted to promote the application of appropriate health technologies by taking into consideration the common and frequently-occurring diseases.The application of traditional Chinese medicine should be especially strengthened.
