纤维缠绕环形压力容器复合材料结构设计

摘    要:本文在环形容器复合材料缠绕原理的基础上,从环形容器工作下的受力状态分析入手,推导出环形容器的受力方程;根据环形容器双螺旋缠绕测地线方程,结合相关工艺参数,进行复合材料结构铺层设计,确定出优化缠绕线型的切点数。根据该理论,通过编写VB程序,实现纤维缠绕环形容器复合材料纤维层的计算机参数化设计。

Abstract:Based on the filament wound theory of toroidal vessel,under stress condition analysis of vessel’s working pressure,the stress equation has been gained.In response to toroidal vessel’s double spiral winding geodesic equation,and combined related technological parameters,the paper gained the structure layer designs of composite toroidal vessel,defined the toroidal vessel’s winding fiber format optimal tangent point numbers.According to the former theory,the computer parameter fiber layer design is also be implemented by utilizing the VB procedure language.
