摘    要:以Al(NO3)3为原料,尿素为OH-缓释沉淀剂,采用水热-均匀沉淀法得到了自组装生成的三维"十"字型拟薄水铝石(γ-AlOOH)前驱物。采用XRD、TG-DSC、SEM等方法对产物进行表征,结果表明,该"十"字型微观结构的翼长及长度约50nm,在该三维结构形成过程中,尿素作为OH-缓释剂起决定性作用。前驱物在550℃焙烧2h后得到的γ-Al2O3保持了该三维"十"字微观结构,其表面积为230 m2/g、平均粒径为6nm,对温度、时间、尿素投料比例等影响因素进行了探讨。

Abstract:The 3D "十" shape-like of γ-AlOOH and γ-Al2O3 microstructures were synthesized via hydrothermal-coprecipitation method using Al(NO3)3 as raw material and CO(NH2)2 as slow-release precipitant of OH-.The crystal structures and the morphologies of γ-AlOOH and γ-Al2O3 were characterized by XRD,SEM and TG-DSC,et al.It was shown that the products has an average diameter of 50nm.The slow-release precipitant of CO(NH2)2 was found to play a key role in achieving the uniform morphology of the 3D product,and γ-Al2O3 kept its original microstructures by roasting in 550℃ last 2h.The surface area of γ-Al2O3 was 230 m2/g and the average size was 6nm.The paper also discussed the influential factors such as temperature,time and the feeding proportion of CO(NH2)2.
