风电叶片用低粘度环氧树脂固化性能研究

摘    要:对Hexion RIM135环氧体系的粘度-时间曲线进行测试,随温度升高混合后环氧树脂固化时间呈现加速缩短趋势。利用傅立叶红外光谱研究不同固化条件对固化物成分的变化影响。将70℃3h的固化物和40℃10h再70℃3h的固化物分别对40℃10h的固化物进行红外差谱分析,40℃和70℃时的固化反应机理存在差别。40℃固化时体系较温和,与70℃固化相比有更多的羟基参与反应。而70℃固化时反应体系的复杂度增加,同时有甲基产生。通过对其力学性能测试显示,在40℃10h固化后再进行70℃3h后固化可有效消除体系内应力,从而得到较好的力学性能。

Abstract:According to the viscosity-time curve of Hexion RIM135,the rise of the reaction rate of the resin accelerates with the rise of temperature.After the analysis of the cured productions under 40℃ and 70℃,by FTIR difference spectra,the results show that the reaction mechanisms under different curing conditions are different.The curing system of 40℃ is milder than that of 70℃ with more hydroxyl participated.The curing system of 70℃ is more complex because of methyl produced.After the mechanical properties of crued productions under different temperature are tested,it shows that the curing system under 40℃ pre-cruing,for 10 hours and 70℃ after-cruing for 3 hours has less inner stress and better mechanical properties.
