| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单侧唇裂初次修复术的技术改进。方法对单侧唇裂患者7例采用基于下三角瓣的手术方法，利用对称的三角形设计皮肤切口线、混合式肌瓣法行肌层修复、同期用鼻翼软骨黏膜瓣修复鼻畸形。结果7例患侧均取得了比较明显的手术效果。结论该术式是较好的单侧唇裂修复方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the repair technique of unilateral cleft lip.Methods A modified lower triangle flap technique was employed.Some improvements were applied to the design,muscle repair and nasal alar modification so as to achieve better nasal and labia appearance.Results Seven cases of unilateral cleft lip were repaired using this method,and satisfactory results were achieved.Conclusion This technique is proved promising and eligible for nasal and labia deformity correction. |
