血宁治疗急性脑梗死的Meta分析

目的利用Meta分析方法评价舒血宁治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法对中国知网CNKI全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库进行查阅，2000年-2011年9月中国生物医学数据库公开发表的随机对照临床试验文献，并辅以手工检索，对纳入的试验结果采用RevMan4．2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳19篇文献资料。Meta分析结果显示，治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组，其差异有统计学意义【OR=4．15，95％CI（3．25，5．30），P〈0．00001】。颅脑CT的变化中，治疗组改善率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义[OR=4．15，95％Ct（2．74，6．27），P〈0．000011。两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分比较中，治疗组优于对照组，其差异有统计学意义，[WMD=-4．52，95％CI（-5．82，-3．21），P〈0．000011。结论舒血宁治疗急性脑梗死有显著疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Treatment of acute cerebral infarction with Meta analysis

Objective To use Meta analysis method to evaluate the clinical effect on treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods To review China CNKI full-text database, Wanfang database, data base, Chinese biomedical databases from 2000 to 2011 September published randomized controlled clinical trials literature, supplemented by a manual search, using RevMan 4.2 software on the incorporation of the test results of the Meta analysis.Results a total of 19 references. Meta analysis results show, the curative effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （OR=4.15, 95%C （ 3.25, 5.30）, P〈0.00001 ）. The changes of brain CT in treatment group improved, higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （OR = 4.15, 95%CI （ 2.74, 6.27）,P〈0.00001 ）. In two groups before and after treatment of nervous function defect score comparison, the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference has statistical significance, （WMD = - 4.52, 95%CI （ - 5.82, - 3.21 ）, P〈0.00001 ）.Conclusion the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with significant effect, is worth the clinical promoted application.
