上海市保障房管理信息系统建设构想

随着保障房制度的建立,保障房管理的信息化建设已成为迫切需要解决的问题。如何借鉴原有的商品房信息管理系统,来构建保障房信息管理系统,按照整个住房体系"市场+保障"的总体架构,提出了:"同一底版、独立体系、封闭运作、按需转换、公开透明"的系统建设思路,并在同一基础平台上,通过建立两个相对独立的保障房和商品房系统,实现全市住房业务和数据的统一管理和应用。
