| 摘 要： | p73和p51基因是肿瘤抑制基因p53家族新成员.研究发现p73和p51基因的异常与许多肿瘤的发生发展有关.在各种消化道肿瘤中,p73和p51基因的异常表达平均可达到60%.通过对其深入的研究将有助于人们进一步认识肿瘤的本质,从而为肿瘤的基因治疗提供新的靶点.

| Abstract: | p73 gene and p51 gene are new members of the tumor suppressor gene p53 family. Studies have shown that the abnormality of p73 gene and p51 gene has relation with many tumor development. The abnormality expression of p73 gene and p51 gene can reach averagely 60 percent in some digestive system carcinoma. Further study may be helpful to recognize carcinoma nature and bring a new target for tumor gene therapy. |
