肝细胞癌组织中MMP-9与nm23-H1表达的相关性及其临床意义

目的 :检测肝细胞癌 (HCC)组织中MMP - 9及nm2 3-H1的表达水平 ,了解HCC中MMP - 9与nm2 3-H1表达的相关性及其与HCC侵袭转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法检测 6 0例HCC中MMP - 9及nm2 3-H1的表达。结果 :侵袭转移倾向高危组的 35例HCC标本中 ,MMP - 9及nm2 3-H1表达的强阳性率分别为 6 8.5 7% (2 4 /35 )和 17.14 % (6 /35 ) ;侵袭转移倾向低危组的 2 5例HCC标本中 ,MMP - 9及nm2 3-H1表达的强阳性率分别为 2 8.0 0 %(7/2 5 )和 76 .0 0 % (19/2 5 ) ;MMP - 9的表达与HCC侵袭转移倾向呈正相关性 (P <0 ,0 1) ,nm2 3-H1的表达与HCC的侵袭转移倾向呈负相关性 (P <0 .0 1) ,MMP - 9与nnm2 3-H1的表达呈负相关性。结论 :MMP - 9及nm2 3-H1的表达可能作为HCC预后及转移潜能判断的指标。

Relationship between expression of MMP - 9 and nm23 - H1 and clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective: To detect the expression of MMP-9 and nm23-H 1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),to evaluate the relationship between expression of MMP-9 and nm23-H 1 and the relationship between their expression and the tumor invasion , metastasis of HCC. Methods: The expression of MMP-9 and nm23-H 1 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 60 HCC samples. Results: In high potential of invasion and metastasis group ,the strong positive rates of MMP-9 and nm23-H 1 were 68.57%(24/35) and 17.14%(6/35) in low potential group were 28.00% (7/25)and 76.00%(19/25). There was a positive correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and the tumor invasion, metastasis in HCC (P<0.01);there was a reverse correlation between the expression of nm23-H 1 and the tumor invasion, metastasis potential in HCC (P<0.01). In HCC ,a reverse correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and nm23-H 1 in HCC (P<0.01). Conclusion: Expression of MMP-9 and nm23-H 1 may be a useful diagnostic parameter for the tumor invasion and metastasis in HCC.
