摘    要:Bi2Te3基热电材料是室温下性能最好的热电材料。传统块体Bi2Te3基热电材料的热电性能不高,而纳米Bi2Te3基热电材料可以实现电、声输运特性的协同控制,从而提高材料的热电性能。介绍了几种纳米Bi2Te3基热电材料不同的湿化学制备方法,比较了各种方法的优缺点,并展望了其发展方向。
