苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者心理健康状况及其影响因素研究

目的:了解苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、社会支持量表(SSRS)和自编基本情况调查问卷,对辽宁省9个强制隔离戒毒所247例苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者和社区正常对照人群247人作为调查对象进行问卷调查,应用多因素Logistic回归对苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者心理健康状况的影响因素进行分析。结果:苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者SCL-90总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析发现:苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者心理健康状况的危险因素为精神质(OR=3.27,95%CI:1.32-8.10)、消极应对(OR=2.53,95%CI:1.06-6.04),及与家人关系不和(OR=3.16,95%CI:1.12-8.94),而社会支持总分高(OR=0.50,95%CI:0.30-0.84)是其保护因素。结论:苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者心理健康水平较低,可能与人格因素、社会支持、应对方式等因素有关,应加强苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者心理健康教育和心理咨询。

STUDY ON MENTAL HEALTH AND RISK FACTORS OF AMPHETAMINE-TYPS STIMULANTS ABUSERS

Objective:To investigate the mental health and risk factor among the amphetamine-type stimulants(ATS) abusers.Methods:Totally 247 ATS abusers and 247 normal population in Liaoning were sampled by stratified random sampling method.SCL-90,EPQ,SSRS,TCSQ and charactaristics questionnaire were used to data evaluation.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influential factors of mental health among ATS abusers.Results:ATS abusers scored higher than normal population on SCL-90,the differences were statistically significant in scores on SCL-90.Multiple Logistic regression results showed that psychoticism(OR=3.27,95%CI:1.32-8.10),negative coping style(OR=2.53,95%CI:1.06-6.04),and bad relationship with family(OR=3.16,95%CI:1.12-8.94) were the risk factors of mental health status of ATS abusers,however high social support score was protective factors.Conclusion:Mental health status of ATS abusers is poor,which is attributed to their differences in personality factors,social support,coping style.There is a great need to strengthen mental health education and consultation for ATS abusers.
