固体超强酸WO3/ZrO2-SiO2的制备及其催化性能研究

摘    要:用溶胶凝胶法制备一种新的复合氧化物固体超强酸催化剂WO3/ZrO2-SiO2,以乙酸与乙醇反应的酯化率为评价指标,考察W/Zr物质的量比、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等因素对其催化性能的影响,得到最佳的制备工艺;用流动指示剂法测定催化剂的酸强度,用XRD、BET、TEM、DSC-TG等方法对催化剂进行表征,所制备的催化剂呈比较规则的多孔网状结构,具有超强酸性,催化性能良好,主要以无定型形态存在,比表面积达649.1 m2/g.

Abstract:A novel complex oxides solid superacid catalyst WO3/ZrO2-SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method,and taking the esterification of the reaction between acetic acid and ethanol as an evaluating indicator,the influence of preparation conditions of the catalyst such as molar ratio of W/Zr,calcinations temperature,calcinations time etc on its catalytic property were studied,so that an optimum synthetic processing was obtained.The catalyst WO3/ZrO2-SiO2 was characterized by means of XRD,BET,TEM,DSC-TG and the flowing Hammett indicator method was used to test the acidity of the catalyst.The results show that the prepared catalyst WO3/ZrO2-SiO2 exhibits rather regular porous reticular structure,possess,super strong acidity and good catalytic property.It exists mainly in the form of noncrystalling state,its specific surface area amountes to 649.1 m2/g.
