| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非体外循环心脏跳动状态下冠状动脉旁路移植术的方法、可行性和安全性。方法对6例接受非体外循环心脏跳动状态下冠状动脉旁路移植术的冠心病患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果本组6例患者无手术死亡,术后随访3个月到1年,所有病人心绞痛症状消失,生活质量明显提高。结论非体外循环心脏跳动状态下冠状动脉旁路移植术可适用于多支病变,尤其适用于体外循环高危患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To exploretheapproachfor coronaryarterybypassgraftingwithoutcardiopulmonarybypassandassess thefeasibilityandsafetyof thisprocedure.Methods Theclinicaldataof6patientsreceivingcoronaryarterybypassgrafting withoutcardiopulmonarybypasswerereviewed.Results No deathoccurredin thesepatientsduringtheoperationandthe follow-upvisitfor3to12monthsfound no incidenceof anginapectoris,andthelifequalityof thepatientwas obviously improved.Conclusion Coronaryarterybypassgraftingwithoutcardiopulmonarybypassisapplicableinpatientswithmultiple coronaryarterydisease,especiallythoseathighriskforcardiopulmonarybypassprocedures. |
