中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床效果观察

目的 探讨中西医结合疗法用于复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床疗效.方法 选取2013年1月至2014年12月于本院接受治疗的ROU患者108例,根据治疗方法不同分为A组和B组,每组54例,其中A组采用常规西药治疗,B组在A组基础上加服中药汤剂.比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗后,B组溃疡创面愈合时间及疼痛VAS评分均显著低于A组(P＜0.05);B组愈合率明显高于A组(77.78％vs.51.85％,P＜0.05),而复发率显著低于A组(5.55％ vs.31.48％,P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗可明显提高ROU的临床疗效,促进溃疡面愈合,有效预防溃疡复发.

Traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer (ROU).Methods 108 patients with ROU treated at our hospital from January,2013 to December,2014 were divided into group A and group B according to treatment methods,54 cases for each group.Group A were treated with conventional western medicine;and in addition,group B were treated with the decoction of Chinese medicine.The treatment effects were compared between these two groups.Results The ulcer wound healing time and VAS score were significantly lower in group B than in group A (P＜0.05).The markedly effective rate was significantly higher and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in group B than that in group A (77.78％ vs.51.85％ and 5.55％ vs.31.48％,P＜0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of ROU,promote ulcer healing,and effectively prevent the recurrence of ulcer.
